If your category, product and customer data is available in spreadsheet files, your ShopWired expert can easily import the data to your ShopWired account. All you need to do is email the spreadsheets to us so we can process them to ensure they are ready for upload.
We will also help you through the process of creating new products and categories along with a category structure suited to your customers.

Your ShopWired expert will take care of configuring all of your checkout settings. This includes everything from setting up your delivery rates, which countries you want to deliver to, which payment gateways you want to implement and any conversion tracking scripts you want to use.

Google Analytics is a fantastic free tool offered by Google which helps you track customer activity on your website. Your ShopWired expert can create a Google Analytics account for you and connect your website to it by installing the tracking code in your ShopWired account.
If you use advertising platforms such as Google Adwords or Facebook, we can also link these to your account by installing the conversion tracking code. Having your expert set this up for you helps you to know right from the start how your website is working for you.

Domain name DNS & go live
When you’re ready to launch your website your expert will take care of the technical side of linking your domain name with your ShopWired website by changing the DNS settings on your domain name. We’ll then guide you through the entire launching process, so you know how to get it right from the start.

What can I expect with a store setup?
A full setup service, turning the empty shell of a ShopWired account into a beautiful, fully functional website ready to start selling.
What data can you import for me?
We can import category, product and customer data from any spreadsheet file you have. You'll need to provide us with product data on one spreadsheet which we'll then change to the ShopWired format and import for you.
What can I expect with a store migration?
A full migration service, migrating your entire online store from your existing solution across to ShopWired's ecommerce platform.
What are the first steps?
We'll first ask you to complete our setup or migration questionnaire which asks lots of different questions about what you're looking to achieve.
How long does the process take?
Typically store setups take around 2-4 weeks, but can often be completed quicker. Store migrations take a similar amount of time, depending on product data quality. There are many variables involved, so if you're working to a deadline please contact us and we'll discuss this with you.
Can you help me with images?
The setup packages don't involve assisting with product or category images (except as part of the import process). If you need help with images, get in touch with us and we can discuss your requirements.
Are theme customisations included?
The setup team will use the theme customisation tools available from within your ShopWired account to customise your theme's layout, branding and colours to your requirements. Where possible, we'd always recommend using one of ShopWired's Version 5 themes which gives the setup team extra flexbility when customising your theme.
